Ordering and Shipment Policies

Shipping: Giant begins processing accepted orders immediately. We make every attempt to notify you prior to order confirmation of availability of Products to fill your order. Where Product(s) is(are) listed as available for shipment, Products normally ship within the next two (2) business days. In the event that there is an error in availability of a Product to fill your order such that the shipment will be delayed more than ten (10) working days, we will contact you for instructions. If you elect to cancel your order when notified of delayed shipment after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type. Product prices do not include shipping and handling unless otherwise expressly indicated at time of sale. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted. For your protection, a signature may be required for product deliveries. For expedited shipment options, i.e., next business day or second business day delivery, your order must be completed by 10:00 AM Eastern Time. We make no guarantee that your order, even if received prior to 10:00 AM Eastern Time will ship same day although we will make every effort to ship your Product same day. Giant will ship merchandise to any location within the fifty (50) states of the United States, including the District of Columbia., and Canada. Unfortunately, we will not make deliveries to international addresses (other than Canada), United States territories, F.P.O., A.P.O. or P.O. Boxes.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to Products in transit is yours. In the event of Product damage, loss during transit or a late shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Giant will aid you if needed in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss or damage.
