Warranty, Return, and Liability policies

Warranties: The limited warranties applicable to each specific Product can be found in the documentation provided with the Product, or in the Product manuals we make available on our site.

Return Policy: Orders placed for Products purchased at this web site are covered by our 30-day Satisfaction Guaranteed returns policy, as described below. You must call us to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) prior to sending product back under our returns policy. The RMA number may be obtained by calling our Customer Service at 1-800-638-5119, and must be noted on the outside of the returned Product’s container. We will email or fax the RMA number to you along with any detailed shipping instructions. The RMA form we provide has a preprinted section that will serve as a shipping label. RMA’s are valid for only fourteen (14) days from date of issuance. We will refund the full purchase price actually paid for a Product, plus applicable taxes, provided the Product is in like-new condition, is returned in the original packaging and includes all parts and literature originally shipped. Products cannot be returned without the original UPC product bar codes on the original packaging. Shipping and handling is not refundable. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped Products please notify Customer Service at 1-800-638-5119 within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the Product. We will issue an RMA number, and provide for pickup of defective and incorrectly shipped Products by our authorized carrier. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Giant. If you return Product to us (i) without a RMA from us or (ii) beyond the fourteen (14) day period, or (iii) without proper packaging, we retain the right to refuse delivery of such return. Note that for the safety of our employees, we do not open shipping cartons where the RMA number is not clearly visible on the outside of the carton We will in general refuse delivery and the carrier will return the Product to you. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for Giant to credit your account.

Limitation of Liabilities: GIANT’S LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THIS WEB SITE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
